Flocc LLC collects information to provide a safe, high-trust marketplace:

Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, password, profile photo, and geolocation/ZIP code during registration.

Task & Service Details: Task titles, descriptions, photos, location radii, proposed budgets, and direct service listing preferences.

Payment & Tax Data: Payment credentials, bank account payout details, and W-9 tax information collected directly and securely via Stripe Connect. Flocc LLC does not store full credit card numbers or bank account routing information on its servers.

Automated Data & Device Info: Technical metadata, IP addresses, device types, browser information, and usage logs via essential cookies and security tools.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected data to:

Operate, maintain, and enhance the Flocc marketplace.

Facilitate task requests, provider quotes, Stripe Connect escrow processing, and automated PDF receipts.

Enforce pre-escrow PII redaction and photo OCR scanning to protect user privacy and prevent off-platform disintermediation.

Unmask contact information and exact task addresses only after task escrow is funded.

Monitor safety, investigate disputed transactions, enforce our Behavioral Pledge, and generate anonymized geographic density reports for platform marketing.

3. Information Sharing & Disclosure

Between Users: Pre-escrow, Users see only masked contact details and general neighborhood radii. Post-escrow funding, the specific task address and phone details are unmasked between the booked Local and Provider.

Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with essential infrastructure partners, including Stripe Connect (payment processing and payouts), Certn (optional user-initiated background checks), and cloud vision/email delivery APIs.

Legal & Compliance Requirements: We do not sell or rent user personal data. We may disclose personal information if required by law, court order, or governmental audit.

4. Data Security & Safeguards

Flocc LLC employs industry-standard administrative, physical, and technical security measures—including server-side regex filtering, image scanning middleware, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), and restricted database access—to guard against unauthorized access or data leaks.

5. Data Retention & Account Deletion

Account Deactivation: Users may request account deactivation at any time by contacting support@myflocc.com or using the in-app account settings. Deactivation immediately removes public profiles and listings from search results.

Audit & Tax Compliance: In accordance with financial regulations and IRS compliance requirements, transaction ledgers, payout records, and audit logs are retained in an isolated database ledger for seven (7) years following an account closure.

Flocc LLC reserves the right to modify this Privacy Policy at any time. Material updates will be communicated via email or prominent platform banners. Continued use of myflocc.com following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
